Agree. We were directed by a staff member to the self-service with a full trolley when they first installed it. It was a disaster. Never again!

Self-service check out is okay if you have just a few items in a basket but absolutely terrible if you have a full trolley load. The bagging area can't hold that many items and the process grinds to a halt when they start sliding off. Deeply frustrating!
