I so enjoyed presenting at the Denver Rural Summit in Pueblo, CO last week! Sharing resources with others and learning more about the unique opportunities and needs of rural and tribal communities is such a pleasure, as is making new friends in the work. Thank you to DU Morgridge College of Ed!

Just had an interesting discussion with my little (24yrs) about disruption, bullies, and how to resist effectively. Thankful that she ended with “I feel better. Thanks mom, you’re my person to talk things through with.” Whatever I have done right here, I am eternally grateful for it.

For the record, we are getting that at UConn. I’m proud to work here.

Question: do you give feedback after presentations? I always look for it so I can improve. I’ve decided to add an incentive to my feedback requests. Those who complete it get access to an OSF folder with lessons I’ve created they can use and adapt at no cost. Would that be useful to you?
