From 1894-1921, the Field Museum was located in the Palace of Fine Arts in Jackson Park (now home to the Griffin MSI). When it moved to its present home in Grant Park, its enormous collection was moved *by train* on temporary tracks connecting the two buildings to the Illinois Central railroad.

There used to be an old sign by the path, warning passers-by of the local sleeping willow, which would trap the unwary with fatigue, engulf them while they slept, and release them a hundred years later.
There was a new sign:
"This sleeping willow is full."
And a map of other locations to try.

Okay so like.
AI devours all the information it has access to.
This also means it devours all the misinformation it has access to.
And it devours all the information already put out by AIs.
It doesn't know what is what.
So it mashes it all into a hallucination.
I hope this helps.
Yeah Shawn did a great job capturing that feeling.

A bit late, but let's start this year's Marching Taurs Month well!
There will be more taur related artworks and comms around this month, so stay tune!
Comm piece for @rushdeersky.bsky.social
A full sketch of Osiria, coyote taur out on a hiking trail, sitting on a rock off the path surrounded by more rocks, a fallen over tree and the woods. There's plenty of rocks going all the way up the hill and mountain in the distance, devil's tower. Osiria is stopping to enjoy the view, one hand rested on its hips and the other hanging, she's carrying a bag with a water bottle and wearing a loose white top and simple strap choker. the background is done in a loose rough sketchy style while Osiria is more well defined, the whole scene is illuminated by soft sunlight and some basic rough shading. our watermark is underneath Osiria's tail on the left, semi transparent over the rock she's sitting on.

Hi all,
I'm still recovering financially from the wedding trip I was flown out for. While I don't regret it, I missed two days of work, which impacted my paycheck significantly. I have been playing catch-up since, to no avail. My fridge is nearly empty aside from condiments. (cont)
