Speaking of which, I’d love to know how christians who DO identify as theirians balance that. Because I was always taught that humans were humans and anything else was sinful/demonic.

I dropped it a long time ago personally and things have made a lot more sense since then.

While I’ve been Canid my entire life, I learned the word therian in (christian) college in 2013… I was so terrified to be able to put a name to what I was bc oh no jesus will smite me. But I knew only seeing this as a psychological thing was far from correct.

I quite like the spiritual aspect of it. The way I see it, my soul is in the shape of something else. Do I believe in reincarnation? I think so, yeah. Not sure how I feel about naming your theriotype or trying to remember your life like it’s a fursona in a story though.
