The lovely @hiencomics.com.au (you should follow him and support his art) posted a comic this week that hit home. One panel resonated - about being taught from childhood to cover your larger body with baggy clothes to hide it
I spent so long trying to be invisible for this same reason
It's well known Ralph hates cardio. But here we are, doing the thing, making it work. It would have been more bearable if the damn air con went on earlier instead of 15 minutes before I finished.
