Joshua Douglas is the Acting Associate Dean for Research, the Ashland, Inc.-Spears Distinguished Research Professor of Law, and a University Research Professor at the UK College of Law. He teaches and researches election law and voting rights, constitutional law, and judicial decision making.

Kendall Anderson has served on IBP's board since 2023. She co-chaired our Fundraising Committee in 2023-24 and is 2025 Nominating Chair. She served the nonprofit community in a variety of roles for over 25 years and now enjoys working as a Travel Advisor with Magical Vacation Planner.

Meet David Cobb, one of IBP's board members! David is managing editor at University Press of Kentucky. He coordinates the copyediting, proofreading, & indexing of 50-60 books each year! Outside of work, David enjoys reading, hiking, & writing & recording music.
