Yeah, no 3d involved. The point of this routine is to train and maintain a good enough level of intuitive perspective.
It's difficult to wrap your head around 3d manipulation at first, but over time it gets easy and fun.
I draw from the shoulder so no wrist pain. Thanks for the concern!

It's a great warm up routine!

It trains freehand perspective and helps you get into the right mindset.

Lots of straight lines and ellipses so you gotta do your best with line control.

Sometimes it's too much fun and you forget you gotta to be drawing something else too.

So, ya, we made Lantern Mice! They do NOT glow in the dark but you can hang them by their tails as they have magnets in them and paws :)
