If your *KNEEJERK* reaction when you encounter these rare & beautiful butterflies is *ANYTHING* other than “What can I do to make your life a little brighter?” you need to interrogate yourself. Several points:
1) Iran's regime is odious. Its citizens deserve support.
2) That does not mean an attack will help.
3) Canada will find it hard to be so selective in its support for international law.
4) Canada does not benefit from a US administration unbound by the US constitution.

This event was billed as a town hall - but in reality it was a very long talk by Billboard Chris, a Metro Vancouver man who regularly protests gender affirming care, SOGI and human rights protections for trans people.
