It's crazy to read things like this. It's scandalous that people could not leave the UK because they risked not being able to return because the administration had not yet decided whether they can have resident status or not.

Yes it's quite funny to read that Mr Holden is complaining :" We’re once again a rule taker, not a rule maker, and we have nothing to show for it."
Of course UK is a rule taker. Since brexit.
