Plus we moeten niet vergeten dat sinds de vorige samenwerking met de PVV, het #CDA veel leden verloor en onstopbaar verkiezing na verkiezing heeft verloren tot het stompje zetels dat het nu heeft.

De PVV is voor het CDA een soort zelfmoordpil.

Ik denk dat ze maar wil strijden aan één front in de verkiezingen. Aan linkerzijde.

Opmerkelijk dat de staatsrechtelijke #SGP zo is afgedwaald van waar ze stond. Het staatskundig geweten gaf de SGP een autoriteit ook buiten eigen kring. Sinds wanneer zijn ze van koers veranderd?

I find it utterly shameful. With elections coming, the center right is fearful of opening a front with the extreme right so they cling to them. The fate of the #vvd will be like the UK Tories. And the #SGP on Antifa… once they were the constitutional conscience of parliament. No more.

There are many changes from the Letta and Draghi reports that we should embrace. Creating a single market for services and a capital union are important. Without growth we risk that we become a colony in the hands of US led big tech firms and we must dance to their tunes.

We don’t realize it but many of Europe’s problems are related to a lack of growth and dynamism. It is easier to change to a greener and more inclusive economy when there is growth. And very hard without growth.
