The thing with Dawntrail is that I love the characters but I feel like, what they were trying to achieve is a bit clunky, so I hope it's just the same issue with ARR and over the time they will develop to wonderful characters.

ARR is only low because the pacing aged a bit poorly but with EW context the story is a great start.
Dawntrail is per se not bad but got a rocky start. I hope with the next expansions it's getting better.
