            New paper on ocean mercury cycling! ๐๐งช
Mercury is toxic to marine life ๐ชฑ๐๐ and accumulates up the food chain. We find mercury is efficiently buried in shallow shelf environments, with implications for the impact of mercury in seawater globally.
