The nice thing is that drunk me doesn't give a shit and sober me won't delete it because my anxiety will think that people have actually seen these posts already so I just have to deal with it which is actually easy to deal with, I just get in my own head too much

Normally I won't post personal stuff because my anxiety tells me no one gives a shit but I really struggle with social anxiety to the point where I will type stuff multiple times before sending, I always feel I've sent something stupid
