Meet Balanda Atis, the cosmetic chemist transforming the beauty industry from the lab up.
As the force behind L’Oréal’s Women of Color Lab, Balanda led research that expanded foundation shades to truly match deeper skin tones, using science to challenge beauty standards and center inclusivity.
