It took my mom finding a YouTube video for my boyfriend to find out where the issue is (a common issue from MY14 - current). He took it to the dealership and showed them. They told him they could do something at the end of January. He gave them the proof of the issue in November.

My boyfriend has a 4 year old Jeep Cherokee. It has been leaking water into his vehicle for the last few months. The dealerships and body shops told him they don't know what's causing it. He has been vacuuming out over a gallon of water out of his vehicle every other day.

I hope Stellantis (Chrysler) knows they are losing customers like crazy rn, especially my boyfriend🧵
