Where are you putting the glitter? If it’s on your face for makeup, duct tape and peal it off. If it’s for like a beard or other hair, use Elmer’s glue to apply and wash it off. It melts in hot water. (I’ve been a Sister for 13 years and know a lot about glitter lol)
