Sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in calming sounds and vibrations from instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. Hosted by D'Anam Counselling and Wellness, UNITI is proud to offer space for these inclusive community events that promote wellness for all.

We are excited to share the progress of our music therapy programs, made possible by Music Heals! 🌟 Music therapy enriches the lives of 144 people across various UNITI locations, promoting emotional well-being, alleviating stress, and enhancing social engagement.

On March 8, UNITI had the privilege of joining Soroptimist International White Rock in the celebration of International Women’s Day. The night was filled with inspiration, community, empowerment, and featured incredible speakers, awards, and a shared commitment to creating a more inclusive future.

UNITI attended the wonderful DIVERSEcity x Minerva Women's Leadership Forum, highlighting the achievements of women in business, and leadership. A panel of distinguished speakers shared powerful stories of resilience, leadership, and gender equity/empowerment.
