VIMMM (BROTHERSHIP SPOILERS)

fsgsddfsg I was not expecting it to stop and stare at me like that 😭

whatever the case was, brothership has put this series on a really great path, so I'm optimistic about the future for this series and the extra touches they'll consider, the devs were very attentive with this game

heck, if they remastered this game with the missing extra dressings that'd be awesome

since this game had a lot of detail I've been speclating that some things might've been cut short due to time or budget constraints since there are some enemies that have more extra touches than others

I cant forget about the enemy overworld animations, that is an extra touch that gave them a lot of sapience, I do love that they gave the NPCs a lot of dialogue that changes as you connect islands and progress, even their idle changes when things get rly scary

i got sad when the stunned 📺's minions didnt have any dialogue when u walk up to them, since the stunned zok troopers had things to say I thought they'd talk too lol

I am happy though that they did give some of the minions their own dialogue, it added a lot more personality to them

or a place of burning hatred

dont take me too seriously is all im trying to say lol

but if I ever step out of line or if u need clarity u can always hit me up cuz im happy to talk and adjust

more than anything I just wanna have fun and hold cerebral dialogue about things, I'm not coming from a place of bias

I kinda forget sometimes text doesnt carry the tone I'm conveying in my head and with the current climate of the internet I can see that its easy to take things the way they're usually widely conveyed as

just know I'm too old and tired to provoke and fight, my whole purpose online is to just chill

I'm not looking to control or make ppl feel knocked down a peg or what have you

I get passionate sometimes so I can see it being taken that I'm being aggressive about my views, when in reality I'm just speaking from the heart

whatever this outrage buzzword stuff is that's going on I stay out of it, so I don't really know the gravity some words are engineered to hold now

I'mma clarify that the stuff I say isnt coming from a place of aggressiveness or bitterness, more than anything im just casting thoughts to the eather

It never occured to me that things I express could be taken really harshly and how I articulate myself could be interpreted in a way i never intended to convey

to be real, I've been hermatic for a few years so the way I mean something is totally disconnected from the usual online zeitgeist

to this day Im still like "HOLY SHIT THIS GAME EXISTS" and for years to come I'm gonna be obsessed with brothership, this game deserves a lot more praise and recognition, given the history of this series and the respect and love that the devs poured into this game, it truly is something special🥺😭💕

I've been a fan of this series for well over a decade now and I've been collecting merch from this series for that long as well, I truly love this series and im happy to be meeting more people who love this series just as much, it kinda feels rare to find many fans for M&L sometimes, so I'm grateful

when this game was announced I've never in my life been so elated and surprised by something, I actually cried seeing that this game had spirit and life with a new world and characters, this game has left a very pivotal and positive impact on my life for a million reasons I wanna write about one day

oh for sure, this is the best game I've ever seen from this series in eons, for a long time this is something I've been hoping and wishing for as well but it felt like it'd never happen since I watched this series wither away over the years, when alphadream closed its doors I thought that was it

more than anything I'm just like "damn... I kinda see what happened😭" and I feel for the devs cuz im sure they're left frustrated and sad about some things they had to leave out or change because of outside factors beyond their control

I really do try to avoid coming from a place of bitterness or bias when I express myself and I wanna come with good intentions

I love this game to bits and when I see what could've been I get a little heartbroken cuz I can tell the devs wanted to do so much more 💔

a lot of reviewers who give this game a low rating piss me off so bad for this reason, they lack the attention span to be invested in a game that requires investment and they look past the great things that this game offers for you to be invested in

a lot of the takes I once saw about this game drove me bonkers, when they say the game's too slow when they're coming in with this mentality that the dialogue doesnt matter and they need to rush to fight the bad guy I go insane

I can see out of context I sound ungrateful when I express my woes since its extremly common that people are coming from a place of ignorance and bitterness and acting all uppity and superior about their judgments while holding other games with similar issues on a pedistal

for the sake of my blood pressure I try to steer clear of seeing the things people try to undermine games for, so I dont really know much else of what people are commonly complaining about when it comes to this game now, so I had no idea I was coming off the same way

I can see how our different definitions of "rushed" caused tension, tbh I've lived under a rock for so long i actually didn't know how badly that word has been abused by folks and had such heavy weight to it

hey man its cool, I see we're both very passionate about this game and im glad to know where you're coming from, I really appreciate that we can exchange some clarity, things like that seem so incredibly rare, so im happy

this game has had an insane amount of thought put into it, when some things in the story seemed close to execution but never happened it added to my feelings that something might have been rushed, its why I'm sitting here whistfully wishing the game could've had more time to be fully cooked 😭💔

the devs mentioned there were changes along with spending a lot of time experimenting, with the lifespan of the switch1 coming to a close I could see this being something that pressed them for time, since things had to be changed there's possibility things got cut short too

I consider things to be rushed when things suddenly dead end or are left unpolished, things like this in the industry are inevetable and out of the dev's control, I dont think its fair to deny the possibility of it happening or there's anything wrong discussing it

I think it'd be different if I didnt sink nearly 90 hours into my first playthrough exploring every nook and cranny I could, I have noticed some loose ends, some things were kinda hollow and left unexplained, I've made some threads about my observations if you would like to read them

I don't like how heated I was. I'm sorry for reacting aggressively earlier. this pokes a tender spot for me because I'm really invested in this game 💔

I get that its frustrating when people push narratives without care, but I dont think its fair for me to be lumped in with those folks

I wish that the game could've been held back to release for the switch 2, I can tell that they wanted to do so much more with the game, but was rushed before the second console's release.. I wouldn't have a problem at all waiting
