Devil’s Club
Cousin of panax ginseng, devil’s club grows in the northwest of the United States. Prolific in Alaska and used for a host of medicinal applications, the green inner cambium is harvested, dried, then either infused in oil with the bark for salves or enjoy it as a tea.
