I entered #WriteCBC yesterday. I didn't win, though of course got some likes, which I greatly appreciate. In an attempt to make my entry better I have revised and posted it. I know it won't be considered now as the comp has finished, but I do hope it is better than the original.

#WriteCBC The stench of old blood and the woodlands reaches my nose. Plagued by her since I was a little girl, she’s too far for me to feel her breath. Has she brought along a friend to see her plaything? The paralysis gets tighter and I hear a voice for the first time. ‘I’m you and you are me.’

They are trying to make sense of warped memories and flashbacks.

Currently have a WIP, but finding it hard to concentrate and connect with my protagonist. Any tips much appreciated!
