Worked in a contact center environment for 6ish years. The callback option is great in theory, but then you get psychos who will submit the request multiple times, thinking it gets them higher up in the queue. 🫠

I'll second Kyle on this. Every Christmas, we pick a movie franchise/series to watch over the holidays. Last year, we landed on Pirates of the Caribbean. Bailed after the second movie.

They're also looking to scale back daily mail delivery as well. Unfortunate for some, but it's a sign of the times. Realistically, I get maybe 30 pieces of legitimate mail a year.

I can only speak for myself on this. Outside of Christmas cards and the 3 or 4 things that don't offer paperless options, I don't get any other mail.
