That's totally fair, and that's not the part of his argument that I would give a side-eye to. It was that his go-to thought experiment for what living under fascism would look like was honestly a one-for-one description of things law enforcement has done to the Black community for decades.

I honestly don't know. I have gradually tuned him out over the last year or so, and not only because of the high-handed "Everyone's dumb but me" stuff.
