- Every particle uses the same material.
- Post-processing layers instead of screen-space shaders for everything except the outlines.
- Most importantly, no depth buffer. Draw calls are in the double digits as a result!

Did a small popup at Leyline's new WIP homeworld today... so I finally got to show off what I've been working on!

During this, I ran 40+fps on a 4GB GTX 1650S in VR. You can make your venues optimized too <3

Can't recommend @orels1.bsky.social's shaders enough, even just standard; it runs great on Android/iOS while also having reflection probe occlusion that makes baked scenes pop more.

There are also notes in-UI like this, making features understandable for less-technical people like me w/o research:

Seeing my completely hand-textured, no AI whatsoever worlds get completely overshadowed & outperformed by an AI skybox, AI generated thumbnail of an anime girl, etc, could only motivate me to keep being better for so long before it became depressing.
