I am using an iOS extension that hides the AI summaries and defaults all google searches to β€œweb” tab which seems to reduce the video results. It is broken on macOS though sadly

t’s difficult to imagine a device that is not worn (Ive reportedly does not want to make a wearable) and not a phone (Ive clearly has some regrets about the world the iPhone created) that could do the things that people most use chatbots for. And it’s equally difficult to imagine other uses of AI in hardware that don’t simply lead back to building a phone.

Or perhaps I should say: it’s difficult for me. Presumably OpenAI was willing to pay Ive his billions because they have something specific, and compelling, in mind. The best-case scenario, as M.G. Siegler suggests here, is that they come up with something on the order of the iPod Shuffle: a cheap, handsome, useful gadget that knows what it’s for and does it exceedingly well. The worst is that OpenAI struggles to integrate its new talent, they spin in circles, and emerge in a few years with a device that costs more than $1,000 and looks like it was carved out of the hood of a Ferrari.

It’s not that simple. The correct assignments are: Orange = English, Pink = HSIE, Purple = Maths, Blue = Physics, Green = Chemistry, Yellow = History. I won’t be taking questions.

SIGNS that you are an NPC:

1. You get tired quickly (low hp and stamina).

2. Talk to people only when they ask you something.

3. You are in one location all day.

4. You always wear the same style of clothes.

5. Every day is similar to the previous one.

6. No events happen in life.

7. Getting stuck in the textures of the sofa and chair.

8. No inventory. Sometimes there are items that need to be gived to someone.

9. You have regular animations that constantly repeat.

10. If you talk too much, you will start repeating yourself, because there is nothing else to say.

11. All tasks are routine and similar.

Your Favorite New Coworker Is an AI-Enhanced Operative From North Korea For years, North Korea has been secretly placing young IT workers inside Western companies. With AI, their schemes are now more deviousβ€”and effectiveβ€”than ever.

If a potential employer ever asks me to do a video interview with an AI I will blacklist them for life.

Seriously, you save 70% of your time but my time gets wasted and I get graded by a bullshit machine that carries the worst of every human bias x1000? GTFO.

This is just lazy recruiting. I have used video screening before (covid) and AI wouldn’t pick up who was reading from prepared notes or who is just waffling gibberish buzzword salad. I think it would β€œpolish the turd” with these transcripts so they appeared better than they were.
