oh update i dnf’d this book and i’m really sad i had to quit the series bc it was so unique,

the writing was just. not it.

Got the special edition books I ordered. I’ve already read One Dark Window, looking forward to the second book.

I just got these in the mail yesterday!!! They are SO pretty! I’m halfway through TTC right now — I love it!

Art/writing is a SKILL that needs to be practiced. A muscle that needs to be exercised, or it atrophies.

These “I can’t art” excuses are like trying to plank for 10 minutes straight after being sedentary for your whole life.

Of fucking course it’s impossible. But you start small and put in work.

On top of all of this, AI steals art from artists (it cannot think or generate anything unique- it just mashes up human art)

It also is a huge energy drainer and environmentally disastrous. Using it period is sooo unethical in its current form.

Also. As a musician. GO PRACTICE.
