really looking forward to the implications with gregor in the future, especially bc he's absent from the Pass On ending CG. his VA did a phenomenal job with the Suddenly, One Day reveal.

and i really really liked how much storytelling was done IN the fights themselves, not just with the flavour+

truly enjoy his fight as the One that got the Mili Song but overall i still enjoyed it. the fights were good and auraful, and the pacing throughout the first two parts was phenomenal. there were a lot of hype moments and aura that gave a lot of payoff but maybe a little too compact in pt 3.

and ryoshu, who throws away her life and power and memories for her daughter, doesn't even recognise her own daughter when she sees her. augh..... auughhhh.

i wish we managed to spend more time with araya after her reveal and before her erasing. unfortunately i dont care about Poland enough to +

when araya hugs ryoshu, her mother who doesn't recognise her anymore, her daughter who despises her for being her mommy's mommy, asking for both love and forgiveness from someone who hurt her so deeply... who forgot about her and erased her from existence... fuck man.

it's probably because i played through it at 1am but this is the second canto to make me cry. there's just something about the scene where araya declares that when she grows up she wants to be "mommy's mommy!" that made me so sad. the relationship between mother and daughter is so painful yet loving

PT 1 PEAK!!!!! really loved the story pacing and the character interactions, as well as all of the new characters we were introduced to (and the old characters that reappeared!) the battles were fun and enjoyable and it was great seeing lcb work together as a team. cant wait for next part
