Hunch punch! That punch was fun to clean up when you puked it up on a shag carpet.

I sobbed when I saw them bombing Isfahan.

I have a small air horn in my desk that would be perfect for the occasion.

What a fuckstick. Send them a bouquet of dog turds.

I was reading about this earlier. It supplies water for 30 villages.

And the desalinization plant that supplies water to 30 villages. I hate us.

Military hospital in Germany is already gearing up, stopped delivering babies, so I suspect it's a done deal.

I'm just gonna set my clocks ahead now so I maybe trick myself into going to bed early.

Thank you for being a friend . . . .

I live about 1/2 mile from the proposed route. I don't see this ending well.

Nashville weather is such a pain in the ass. They've been threatening rain for a week and yesterday we got like 12 drops. Supposed to rain today, looking gray, I'd like to move some stuff but who the fuck knows?

Oh def, I get it. But if one day you decided you wanted to learn, this is how I think you could do it.

I'm also pretty uncoordinated. I can't skateboard, roller skate, play video games. My brain and body just run on different circuits, I swear. Thing is, driving a stick is an instinct thing, so you just have to train your body to do it. If I pay attention to what I'm doing I screw up.

Well fortunately it's not much of an issue anymore, as there aren't that many on the road. That said, I do think if you really wanted to and had a friend with one and a vacant lot/dirt road, you could probably figure it out.

I would LOVE a Subaru brat.

I've noticed that much of what is being called "small suv" really looks like a modern station wagon.

I learned as a jr in HS in 84 in a 75 Honda civic with stripped gears. But yeah, learn the basics then "teach yourself" is probably the best way.

Of course, I knew the basics, just had to work on putting them into practice.

I greatly prefer it as it's better for my ADHD, works like a fidget spinner of sorts.

Did you have someone in the car with you? I learn best on my own. My mother drove me to a dirt road, handed me the keys and said "figure it out." Easier when you don't feel judged for continuous clutch popping.

A coworker in NL had a Ford station wagon with a manual transmission and dammit, I want that car. Sucks we can't get them here.

I fucking hate these ghouls. I swear they're beating off to the death and destruction.

This is the one thing that gives me a chuckle. I don't drive much anyhow, and a tank of gas lasts me about a month. Look forward to them melting down.

I hate scammers. I hope you make them cry.

Had a look at a few dif types, but hard to say without seeing which. If it has a wingnut which way is it facing? Check screw holes to see if something's loose?

06.03.2026 22:07 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

I would open it fully and slide something in there that you know is flat and see if there's any gapping. Did it originally have some kind of rubber trim or grip inside? If you have a yoga mat or something rubbery like that you may be able to make do.

Not familiar with easels, but in general when you have too much movement in things there's something off. Is it 2nd hand? Could there be some warp in the wood? Otherwise it's possible that you have deepened grooves from nuts being overly tightened.
