I've also seen Sept 7 named rather than the Sept 30 from wikipedia. . . so there may be some ambiguity(?) and Mars may not be part of the party, but 100% Saturn Neptune conjunction is in effect, within 3 degrees. I've been thinking about this since you + Nick's great episode on Recurrence Transits!

Boston was also named and founded on a mars Saturn Neptune triple conjunction in Scorpio, on September 30, 1630 — noon chart , not timed , Old Style dating.
I think we Bostonians might be in for our own memorable Recurrence transit, … hoping for the best

cf my astro twin + me: I'm Taurus asc ruled by a 12 H Venus in a night chart, my twin is Scorpio ruled by 12H Mars, day chart. All else equal (never is), I have remarked OFTEN how much a harder time my twin had with "our" chart.v (our chart ain't easy!) My twin crossed the veil a few years ago.

wow april 15-17 2026 has an INSANE Aries stellium. 5 of 7 planets there, with Venus in Taurus, Jup in Cancer. At least the benefics have some nice dignity while Mars is running the WHOLE SHOW and all the energy is concentrated in the Aries part of your chart.

Sahl is easily my favourite source. Taken together, his "Introduction," "Fifty Aphorisms," and "On Questions" present a complete treatment of horary, and he clarifies a lot of tricky things that are unclear or missing from later sources like Lilly. Māshā'allāh's "On Reception" is a close second.

There’s a free video on mayo school of astrology by Wendy Stacey (it might be under topic of rectification), but she uses solar arcs. THEY ARE AMAZING OMG and basically the main tool you want if you are doing rectification
