Geneva has some sites that are worth a day of exploring: Jet d’Eau, Reformation wall, international Red Cross, watch museum. Old town can be pretty fun.

If you’re willing to take a longer train ride with a transfer, going into Ticino, the Italian canton, is absolutely love. Lugano in particular.
