I've actually been a therapist since 2003 but the states I've held contracts in stopped grandfathering my military credentials so now I have to do licensure...It's worth it to serve my Brothers and Sisters in a culturally responsible way!!

As a professor, I always pushed my Black students toward excellence...that never included belittling or trying to humble them...I have a whole EARNED doctorate and have a Masters level professor who's Black, doing everything she can to try to prove her mettle to me by marking me down...
