Would've been at the league one game v Luton 2018. Finished 1-1 when I looked for it, but can't remember anything about it.

Apparently was 0-0 at half time when I looked it up, but the 2 players sent off before half time was right. We scored twice before they did second half. Then a late-ish goal from them made for a nervy finish. Seen us play Luton a couple of times. Only one I can recall is a 1-0 win in 1980.

Yeah was always shown on the titles of MOTD the season after, hated it ha ha. Partly due to all my early games being away from home. I never saw us win one till 1978 against Burnley. We were 1-0 down at half time with 2 players sent off. But went on to win 2-1. Kind of made it worth the wait.

Too young to remember the run sadly, though can vaguely recall the final on tv. My Dad was there though. He started taking me to games the season after. We lived in the north west at the time, so all my early games were away. First time I went this happened.. www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcGF...

The wife of a friend I used to work with would have ketchup on everything including roast dinners and curry etc. It's completely mad I know. They're both very nice people though.

Round at the in laws house earlier this year, and they were watching the film version of Please Sir. My Wife, who is 7 years younger than myself says.. "I thought Lulu was in this ?" Ha Ha.. "You're thinking of To Sir With Love" I said. The in laws were highly amused.

Fleming was also sceptical I believe. But then became so impressed, gave Bond the "Scottish Back Story" in subsequent books because of him.

Supposedly McGoohan also turned down The Saint entirely on the basis of the car they were going to use.. "If you can't get the car right what chance have you got ?" But then Mr Moore's P1800 Volvo would subsequently become iconic of course.

There was an American reboot of The Prisoner I'd guess around 15 years ago now. I'm sure it only lasted for a season though and was took off air. The tv series "Lost" undoubtedly owed some of it's premise and concept to the Prisoner, and was likely how it came about ?

I was (jokingly) getting called a pervert and worse after they noticed the sticker. Someone showed me one of his videos , and he even did the little "hand / eye" gesture that McGoohan did. So the guy making the videos was fully aware where he'd taken it from. They were mainly comical in fairness.

M & S cafe do a nice cheese & marmite toastie. ยฃ6:50 mind , so not very often I have one. Took the Mother In Law last week and she nearly passed out when she seen the price. She still had one though, and is now hooked. Told her she's paying next time, ha ha.

Used to have a "Be Seeing You" sticker in the rear window of my car, which I'd picked up in Portmeirion. A couple of (younger) work mates started asking me about it. As unbeknown to me "Be Seeing You" had become the catchphrase of some fella' making online porn & comedy videos. Ha Ha. Disgraceful.

Have to admit I do spread it on pretty thick myself. Only time I spread it on thin is if I'm having it on a cheese toastie. A culinary delight, ha ha.

Joanna Lumley as Purdey in New Avengers episode 'The Eagle's Nest', and looking awesome in red boots, green bodysuit and military coat.

The subtitle reads [she whistles "Colonel Bogey March" aka "Hitler has only got one ball"]

Peter Kay used to do a little bit deriding Southern Fish & Chip shops. Couldn't get mushy peas, curry sauce or gravy anywhere. Then out of frustration would end up asking "Have yer got owt moist ? "

My Wife often sends parcels down to our daughter and family in Hinckly. She lives in a gated residence, on the 3rd floor. Strangely the only delivery service that's proved to be reliable is Evri. The Royal Mail & Amazon drivers usually make up some excuse. Evri do have a bad rep though I agree.

Was a crash at the roundabout close to our house early this morning. Two cars involved, with one elderly driver taken away in an ambulance. Didn't see what happened. But the elderly driver's vehicle was facing the wrong way on a slip road afterwards. Their front bumper was 20 feet away.
