Happy to circulate a revised version of our paper, "Exiting Russia" - on what did (not) happen with MNCs leaving Russia in the first 18 months post-invasion. Outcomes both reinforce and challenge key theories in international political economy. www.rwellhausen.com/uploads/6/9/...

Among the inanities of today's US tariff decisions: 10% tariffs on the Marshall Islands and on "Micronesia" (Federated States of, I presume). These countries have Compacts of Free Association with the US, meaning economic support, access to US programs, freedom of movement, and no duty on imports.

As a professor at UT Austin, who grew up in the Phoenix area but went to University of Arizona undergrad, my heart is still racing after that Texas-ASU Peach Bowl.
