Confirming @sangerkatz.bsky.social that Collins got the $50 billion hospital fund in the updated version of the Bill. I had been hearing rumors that if Murkowski votes for it then leadership was more optimistic that Collins would vote for it, too.
This is obviously a big incentive for her
