Great conversation about the emotions behind the avoidance or resentment of writing. Understanding our relationship to the writing, and our response to that... One to bookmark and return to next time I'm in avoidance mode!

Such fascinating work - the impact of the environment in which we live and work. Speaks strongly to my own current interests in psychology and neurodiversity, but also my first degree, many years ago, in Geography... lots to think about.

I absolutely agree. I have worked with a number of older, late diagnosed/discovered neurodivergent clients, and they absolutely deserve that additional support and understanding...

You’re right. Much of the support available at the moment is created for education and the working environment.

This report reflects (and ongoing work will continue to reflect) the best evidence currently available, as well as the all-important lived experience of ADHDers.

Yesterday, NHS England published the independent ADHD Taskforce interim report with initial recommendations for improved cross-sector support.

The full report is still to come, but I hope that this shows that the work is starting in earnest, and is being supported at the highest levels.
