I decided to start this year with a never miss a Monday goal. At least through the first quarter of the year. So far, I’ve gone surfing both Mondays of 2025, and even got a bonus boogie boarding session with my son.

Bahaha, genuinely i do! But not anything planned. Idk if I watched it last year actually. Usually it’s on some existential week where I’m in my feels and that movie hits a mood nothing else does. I love it 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Monday Motivation

IMO it’s a rush of blood to the head, x&y, and viva la vida that are stunning from them. Fix you will always be one of my all time favorite songs.

But, in the last decade they’ve missed far more than they’ve hit imo, and their grab for pop appeal is a weird fit on a band that can be so deep.

It’s 8:30 in the morning. My kids wanted to watch Star Wars and eat popcorn first thing in the morning to break in our new TV.

All is well in the world.
The force is with us.

I hate when I misspell a word by one letter and auto correct is like “yeah nah we got nothing for you that word just doesn’t exist no results” but then I spell something so poorly I only got nothing of the word right and it NAILS what I was going for 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️.

Why would anyone gate keep such a wondrous place? Anywhere someone wants to enter is 👌🏻

Yes! That’s what I’ve been missing here. It feels harder to quickly “get to know” someone from their profile here.

Yes! Take time to regulate and calm ourselves down before responding and reacting. That’s so crucial too imo. And the reason I think meditation and mindfulness of all sorts should be taught more widely.

The thing I’m most grateful for about my childhood is I spent a lot of time traveling internationally.
