If I were the emperor of legal information I'd just have Westlaw and Lexis make the full text of all these unpublished (and published) cases publicly accessible. But I'm not—YET—so I figured I'd keep the ask in this post slightly more realistic.

A few court rules do this, and the ones requiring copies are probably de facto on-request rules. Doesn't keep the hallucinations out of the filings to begin with, but if most cases have hallucination-free filings and lawyers with full access, a general attachment requirement probably is overkill.
