From there, I was later able to attach the alias BTSal, to Double Glasses Guy... after he opened up a Social on the Birdie App. Seeing in some close up photos from the front, one can actually see thru his shades and make out the 2nd set of Glasses underneath.

He's also seen doing what appeared to be Security Detail, wearing communication device.
