Just me yapping about how AI Art in gaming is very, very stupid and temporary.

I think it's important to note that these two things happened within two hours of each other, cementing that (thankfully) the republican party has zero consistency on messaging.

On a $400k house with a 30yr loan, the mortgage is +-$2,289

For 50yrs it’s -+$2,050

Saving $200 a month to be in debt an extra 20yrs is *BAD!*
