For those who want to throw away our entire constitution: name one thing wrong that can't be fixed by amendment.

Under many of our state laws, a convicted criminal ISN'T allowed to take office. Our government chose decorum and complacency over enforcing the laws meant to keep our country from crumbling.

There's either a lot of idiots, or a lot of conservatives in the comments urging that because men 250 years ago practiced societal norms, we should not only give fascism a try, but 341 million people actively deserve to suffer for it.

Because some time in the 1980s, probably urged by Reagan, we placed the Constitution in a glass case and decided we'd never touch it again. We placed what was supposed to be a living document into a state of suspended animation, and the country has drastically gone down hill ever since.

I'm not saying my coworkers are stupid, but if you wrote the instructions to dumping water on the bottom of a bucket, I'm not sure they'd figure it out.
