🎄Do I absolutely have to follow my imp's requests?
You can have fun with extras, but we ask that you do include at least 1 request, to make sure that your imp will receive what they asked for. It's the purpose of a secret santa after all!

🎄Are systems allowed to join? Yes, but be aware that we have a 1 participant = 1 application rule systems must follow. Feel free to mention you're a system in your application, so your santa can decide to make several smaller gifts for you instead of a single big one.

🎄Are we allowed to ask for a gift from a different fandom?
Unfortunately, this Secret Santa event focuses on Undertale and Deltarune only, and we do not currently allow requests for other fandoms. OCs and sonas are however allowed, especially if they are Undertale inspired!

🎄Are OCs Allowed?
Yes they are, as long as they belong to you. Any AU is also fine as long as the creator has given permission to make content for that AU.
OCs inspired by other fandoms are not allowed! (Sonic OCs, My Little Poney OCs, etc...)

🎄I want to participate but I’m not 18 yet!
Unfortunately, this event is 18+ only. This doesn’t mean to say that all requests must be NSFW, but we mods are all 18+ and are not comfortable managing an event with minors in it.

🎄Can I have the craft that my santa made me shipped to me?
That is a question between you and your Santa/imp. Feel free to discuss shipping fees and private info like adress and full name between yourselves. We mods wish to stay out of such a private conversation.

🎄What should I do if I have a question about my imp's requests?
You can send them an anon ask on Tumblr, or send your question/s to us mods (DM us on discord or send us an email at gyftmas2025@gmail.com) so we can pass them to your imp. We will let you know about their reply.

🎄I don’t like my Imp’s requests >:( I want to change and have a different Imp!
Unfortunately that will not be possible. Once you get your assignment we won’t be able to change it. Let us know asap if you wish to drop out of the event.

🎄Do I have to do all 3 requests?
Of course not! You can if you want to and have the time, but only 1 is required. Having 3 different ideas lets you pick the one you’re most comfortable with.

🎄What’s a Secret Santa?
It's a group event where each participant, called a ‘santa’, gets assigned another participant, called an 'imp’, and has to make a gift for them. In our event, all participants must give 3 request ideas for their santa to choose from.

🎄If you have any question about the event, don't hesitate to contact us at gyftmas2025@gmail.com , send an ask on Tumblr (on anon or not), DM us on Tumblr/Twitter/Bluesky, or DM one of the mods on discord.

🎄Schedule🎄
🎁November 1st to 16th: sign-up period and Discord server public opening
🎁Nov 17th to 23rd: mods sort out all the requests
🎁 (around) November 23rd: assignments are sent out via email
🎁Nov 23rd to December 25th: gift/s making
🎁December 25th: gift/s giving day!

🎄Do not give unsolicited crit to your santa after receiving your gift/s. That is incredibly rude and will get you banned from future events. If there is an issue with your gift/s, please contact a mod.

🎄Be mindful of your imp’s requests and their dislikes/triggers. The last thing we want is for a participant to be triggered by their gift, so be extra careful when making their gift. If you’re unsure of something, ask them on anon on tumblr, or ask mods to contact them for you.

🎄Writers are allowed to have their fic/s be looked over by a beta reader, as long as the beta reader is not their imp and they won’t share the fic on the server or any other social media site.

🎄No spoiling the fun. Don’t post your imp’s gift anywhere before December 25th. Keep your imp’s name and requests a secret until that date. If you need to ask questions about you imp's requests, you can either do it on anon on tumblr, or ask a mod to contact them for you.

🎄Communication is key to a great event. Let us know ASAP if you need more time to work on your gift and need an extension, if you have a problem with your imp’s request/s, if there is a conflict between you and another participant… DM us here or at gyftmas2025@gmail.com

🎄This event will include all kinds of adult topics, from suggestive to NSFW to dark content, as well as any ship, including fontcest, sanscest, papcest, frans, etc… Of course, we'll do our best to make sure you’re paired up with an imp whose request you’ll be comfortable with!

🎄Don’t start drama. If you have any problem, be sure to DM a mod right away instead of starting an argument. This goes for personal beef with another participant, getting heated up about controversial opinions or headcanons, publically calling out someone’s behavior, etc…

🎄Be respectful. No abusive behavior, harrassment, racist remarks, kink-shaming, ship-shaming, misgendering on purpose, fighting over canon interpretations, bullying of any kind will be tolerated. If you have a major problem with a participant, please DM a mod.
