So far this week my wife has worked 16 hrs + 20 hrs on her 2 ‘duty’ days. Surrounded by a failing infrastructure and threadbare resources, these are the hrs police officers are working. Goodwill keeps the wheels turning but it has a huge impact on officers and their families 👏🏼 #Police
