I relate to this a lot. Many times I don't mention things to friends till much later and then they tell me "Next time talk to me" and that always makes me feel better. And I've slowly gotten better at telling my friends things instead of going all in at once and only to a handful of people.

Recovery doing well! I can walk up and down stairs with minimal pain. Working on doing slow walking on the treadmill to work on slowly getting muscles back to where they need to be.

With my back injury I'm finally able to catch up on some shows/movies!! At least its not all bad 😊
