(2/2) but I have noticed as I’ve gone through a bunch of black centric art that theirs a certain attitude towards it. Some choose to discredit it as hipster crap without really looking into the layers and don’t want to listen about other group’s experiences in the world. Such a limited view of life.

(1/2) When I get into a genre I like to at least do a little research on the culture and context of the music and why it’s made. I used to be a metal head for so long, my taste has branched out tremendously and it’s super fun discovering new stuff. Jazz is something that’ll stick with me forever.
