A slim southeast asian person with pink flowers and pearls in their hair, leaning forward. They wear Garuda earrings, (as they are called in the philippinss), and look Joyful. A brass belt hold up pink trousers, and they wear armlets and bangles. Although it is not pictured, they are a kinnara: the celestial dancer, half bird, half person, of southeast asian and south asian lore. Facing them is their lover. A tall, well-muscled man. His hair is wild and curly, falling over his shoulders, and he wears pectoral necklaces and thick armbands, similar to the royal attire of the kings of southeast asian mandala. He holds the other person's face along his fingers tenderly. The room they are in is made private with tapestries bearing wax-dyed fabrics called "batik". It is decorated with brass incense holders and shell lanterns- the room being tightly wound along the lovers.

Two men embracing in bed. The bed is laden with patchwork blankets and pillows, and the headboard is wooden and ornately carved with deer and vines. The room is a crowded, repurposed boiler room for an airship. On the bed, there is a jerry-rigged radio, a pair of small binoculars, and lots of books. Beside the bed, there is a desk with a proto-lava lamp on top of a stack of books. On the other side, there is an ornery telescope, a gas lamp and a record player. The two men love each other, and they're both very tired.

Two trans men lie in a patchwork quilt together, embracing and sleeping. There is a basket of yarn near the gray haired young man, and books over the dark-haired young man. The quilt is in various warm colors, with a pomegranate tree motif at the center. Other imagery like stars, a crescent moon, hop flowers, fish and birds are embroidered into the blanket.
