Thanks for the reply. That makes sense about the eye muscles. Yes I thought the same about the flashes but the optician couldn't see any problems.

Actually left the house for the first time in a very long time today for an optician appointment. As other #pwme know it's hard to decide if something is worth risking making your condition worse. Anyone else with M.E get blurriness & flashes in your eyes but your eye test results are OK?
