All 7 of my CalPERS PPO claims have been denied under Blue Shield. 100+ were approved under Anthem. Anyone else?

Since Jan 2025, every one of my foreign claims under the CalPERS PERS Platinum PPO (now with Blue Shield of CA) has been denied — even though they were approved under Anthem. I’m not alone. This is systemic.

I believe that is a house sparrow judging from the gray crown. Tree sparrows have a rufous crown.
