G4Z can act like a relay for Phase on longer distance adventures, this has had the effect of giving G4Z a little more personality

In canon: Phase's clones are remotely operated by him, unlike his main body they're more limited and are locked into whatever form they were grown in. Example being micro Phase is stuck as micro
