The sheer amount of stress and depression I have over my current health issues is unfathomable. Degenerative disk disease in my lumbar that the doctors won’t even look at cause I’m too fat. Trying to find weight loss solutions on top of hypothyroidism that makes weight loss nearly impossible. Fml.
