Had a good weekend on the bike. Won an age related National Championships on Saturday and then won a National Race Series on the Sunday. Feeling a bit tired now!

Saturday night sunset ❤️. Not missing the storms in the uk at all. That said a 50 mile bike ride in the heat tomorrow is stressing me out a bit. 🫠

Spending lots of time together, swimming, reading, chatting with limited device use, even the kids ☺️Really great to recharge as a family & enjoy each others company.
