By this time in the season, any #spider is long gone, but I couldn’t believe how many pristine #spiderwebs were left behind on this bridge over the river. Thought a #closeup would look really good as a #blackandwhite photo and I was right.

A bit of a stretch on this one, so stick with me … just happened to come up on this #tree at the right angle, where it looked like to was craning it’s neck to look at me. Some people totally believe trees have a spirit and I can see why. #paradolia

Was able to get really close to this little #sparrow and it almost seemed to be posing for me. Really happy with this shot, including the really neat #bokeh effect in the background and #timing of the shot.

Title: Autumn in Asteroid City

A little different take on the #view over the #river here. Saw the #powerline in the distance and it pointed to the #sun and it just made me think of a #wesanderson movie. Some #color adjustment and now we have #autumn in that world.

Going for more of a #dreamy or #nostalgia vibe here, thinking along the lines of an old photograph from that on #autumn way back when. Different take for the #reflection and #fall colors.

Title: Clear Sky, Clear Water

I’m a sucker for a great #reflection and I could not have asked for a nicer day to get some #autumn photos in. Nothing like a #cloudless #sky and a #lake that looks like #glass.

My absolute favorite thing about art (any art) is that two artists could look at the same subject, at the exact same time, and still come away with two completely different visions for what they wanted to capture. There’s beauty in that.
